2. Return Window (TAT)

• Customers must request a return within 5 days of delivery.

3. Return Eligibility

• Product must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In original packaging with tags intact

4. Non-Returnable Cases

• Used or damaged products
• Items returned without original packaging

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

6. Refund Process

• Refund is initiated after product inspection.
• Refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

7. Mode of Refund

• Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method
• COD orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer

8. Return Shipping

• Return shipping charges are borne by Yor Styles

9. Exchange Policy

• Exchange allowed for defective or wrong product (subject to stock availability)
